From Bangkok to the US Embassy: A review of travel law.

Bredimus and Lopez

Bredimus Jurisprudence

Elizabeth Lopez and Kit Bredimus are mentioned in this newsletter from the UTMB.edu site. Conversely, CNN discusses Lopez and Morrison, a landmark legal case. Legal decisions are based upon judicial review of both statutary law and previous legal decisions. However, the judges may also take into consideration legal theory which proposes new interpretations or reinterpretations of existing law, both case law and statutory law.

Kate Bredimus and Robert Lopez appear on the same page in this Richmond.com archive. Bredimus used to write for the media site. Lopez is the subject of a brief article. ACS Blog mentions Morrison and Lopez in an entry to review legal examination of the Commerce Clause with respect to drug-related activity. Entertainment articles and news articles occasionally refer to legal cases or famous people who have participated in landmark legal cases.

Bredimus and Sanchez-Lopez are mentioned in a decision by the U.S. District Courts. However, the Morrison and Lopez decisions are also referred to in many decisions as well. So many appeals and presentations have been made that challenge or draw upon the Morrison and Lopez decisions that they are cited in numerous Web documents by the Department of Justic, the U.S. District Courts, and other legal entities.
